Summary
It didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Flash was a nervous man when you got to know him; but if Hal was being honest, he hadn’t realised how deep it ran. He had full blown panic attacks that were only worsened by his ability to vibrate through walls. Hal didn’t know how to deal with it, this was a Dinah Lance sort of problem; but he supposes that if he can at least be there for Flash, that could be enough.

Barry Allen is dealing with a panic disorder. Trying to navigate relationships with his fellow Leaguers is proving to be a bit of an issue.
