She was asking some more questions, but Bot didn't know how to respond to a single one. She was using words they couldn't comprehend very well. Words too big for their understanding. They didn't get it- a few moments ago they would've understood everything perfectly fine. Why did everything seem to be a jumble all of a sudden? They whined, shaking their head. Everything was too big for them at the moment. They felt small, little. They didn't like feeling small or little.

Bot never knew how it felt to be a child. That, however, changes (temporarily) when Test Tube accidentally messes up something in their programming, causing them to be a small child (mentally) for a bit. "Hey, Golfie, have you seen my goggles?" TB asked, poking his head into her factory. He raised an eyebrow after vaguely hearing her let a low, quiet and muffled "mmmrrrmmm.."
Tennis Ball frowned curiously at her short response. Her back was facing him, and at first he assumed she was just hyperfixated on something she was working on again. He walked over to her curiously, now standing directly behind her. Her desk had a few crumpled papers of sketches some machines and inventions, along with some gears and whatnot; the typical Golf Ball work. "Golfie?" He repeated. She turned around, and TB was surprised to see she had a gear in her mouth, fiddling with it and spinning it around her mouth using her legs. Ah! She was little!

Getting Golf Ball to allow herself to be taken care of, or at the very least take care of herself, was usually not a successful mission. How does Tennis Ball deal with a smaller, more stubborn and more defiant Golf Ball, with her childness mischievousness mixed with her intelligent brains?

It wasn't the first time she'd experienced this feeling; she longed to be able to do the same- she longed to be carefree and taken care of so gently like them; she longed to be able to slip without worry, but..
Microphone wasn't selfish. There was already a good amount of regressors around- it would be too much hassle for the other caretakers to have one more if she were to ever regress. She was happy to give until she couldn't, yet she was afraid that taking away a droplet from the ocean would leave nothing for others who needed it more. She was scared to scared to burden, scared to take too much- take more than she deserved.

Microphone's been fighting regression; mixed with battling her emotions and her feelings for a certain green-chemical filled vial that didn't like her at all, that doesn't exactly work out. But maybe she doesn't have to fight it. While in Test Tube's care, the two girls unravel some heavy things that the two kept hidden from each other for long enough.

Pen took a deep breath, trying to stay strong for his older sister. He knew him breaking down was the last thing she needed. But seeing her in this state, angry and hurting both physically and mentally, broke his heart. He knew her time in the EXIT must've been bad, but he didn't know it affected her this much. She was so different from the Pencil he knew before. "Pencil...!"
"SHUT UP!" she yelled at him, angry tears welling in her eyes as she pulled at her hair in distress. "STOP- STOP, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! This has NOTHING to do with you!"

Pencil is slowly but surely getting worse and worse, yet refuses to tell anyone, admit it or actually acknowledge any of it, instead burying her feelings deep down, pushing everyone away, and having unhealthy ways to cope, making herself even worse to begin with.
