A Rivalry that started with their Parents and was passed down to Henry and Alex. In this AU people are born with soulmate marks, your parents will draw whatever they want on a piece of paper or write out the word, Then they'll each place their hands on the pregnant belly and imagine whatever it is that they've chosen as their Childs mark, on the belly and shortly after it will appear and glow brightly then disappear. Alex and Henry will find out once they enter grad school that their soulmate marks only glow when they come in physical contact with each other. Which puts both men in a state of denial.

“Hi again.” Henry says. He looks him up and down. “Alex, come here for a second.” Alex immediately obliges. He does have to leave soon but he still has time to give Henry a proper goodbye. He steps forward and leans down to kiss Henry. The blonde grabs him by the back of his neck and pushes him down. Alex tumbles and finds himself on top of Henry. They both laugh and Henry wraps his arms around Alex, who practically melts into his embrace.
