Summary
Mugman was left feeling conflicted about many things that night as his feelings for Boris grew. They have only grown worse after the crew successfully stole one of the needed relics at a lavish party — as Boris was distancing himself from Mugman after seemingly having an enjoyable time with him, leaving him questioning the friendship they’ve built throughout their quest.
Sometime later the crew settles into a bar to enjoy themselves while the memory of that night burns into the mug’s mind, leading him to leave the bar early to go to the hotel — and Boris decides to join him.
As the night progressed, barriers between the two fell.
And Mugman was met with more than just answered questions.

With the help of his partner Boris, he finally finds a lead on his missing brother. But what he finds is the very creature he hunts wearing his brother’s cup. Mugman doesn’t know what’s worse: That his brother is now a vampire or that he seems… happier as one? He wants to take him home but looking at Cuphead with the other vampire. He begins to wonder, does he even want to go home?
