Summary
Park Jimin has served the Joseon court for twelve years. An omega with a jade collar, he is competent enough to be indispensable and careful enough to remain invisible.
For years, he has managed his biology with suppressants, his emotions with restraint, and his impossible feelings for the king with silence.
Then someone begins courting him quietly.
Anonymous gifts appear. Thoughtful ones. And three months ago, a white plum tree appeared in his courtyard, planted overnight like something out of a folktale.
What begins as a secret courtship quickly becomes something far more complicated: visible affection, political scrutiny, and a court increasingly unsettled by the idea of an omega standing beside the king not as decoration, but as an equal.
As suppressants fail, factions move, and the palace turns its attention toward them, Jimin finds himself forced to confront something far more frightening than being wanted.
Being seen.
Some courtships are subtle. Some loves survive quietly for years. And some are powerful enough to change the shape of a court.

Summary
Jimin finds the TikToks. The ones of Jungkook with other people during their "break."
He still has a key to the apartment. He also has a baseball bat.
Things get broken. Some of them can be fixed.
Hell hath no fury like Park Jimin scorned.
Or: Jimin is sweet. Delicate. Gentle.
Right up until he's not. -

Summary
Jungkook pokes the inside of his cheek with his tongue. His heavy gaze is so intense that it burns right through Jimin. “You’ve been sleeping with assholes who don’t know how to fuck, hyung.”
Jimin glares at him. “You disrespectful little—”
“I could show you,” Jungkook offers casually, his voice a little too neutral.
Jimin’s mind goes blank, thoughts turning static. “Show me,” he repeats dumbly.
“If you want,” Jungkook clarifies. “I could prove it.”
“Prove … prove what?”
“That fingering is enough,” Jungkook says, his voice huskier now, low in a way that Jimin feels deep in his belly. “That it can make you come.”
Or: In which Park Jimin refuses to believe that he can have an orgasm by just getting fingered, but best friend and resident pain in the ass Jeon Jungkook disrespectfully disagrees and is convinced he can prove him wrong.

Best friends Jimin and Jeongguk made a deal at age 18 - if neither one of them is married by age 30, they'll just marry each other to spare themselves the stress of finding the perfect spouse.
Fast forward twelve years. Jimin and Jeongguk haven't seen each other since the night they made that deal, but a mutual friend's wedding brings them back together like two magnets, and the old deal that they had both tucked away resurfaces, making them both question exactly what a happy marriage looks like and if they want that with each other.

Summary
At almost thirty-one, Park Jimin has achieved the ultimate millennial dream: a thoroughly mediocre corporate existence that demands absolutely nothing of his soul. He has his ergonomic chair, his perfectly timed commute to avoid elevator small talk, and a flawless system of mutual procrastination with his work-bestie, Hoseok. His life is boring, ordinary, and exactly the way he likes it.
Then their boss hires Jeon Jungkook.
--------Jungkook was standing up, leaning his forearms over the low fabric partition that separated their desks. He was smiling brightly, pointing a finger directly at Jimin's monitor.
"I saw the little 'Jimin is typing' bubbles popping up on Slack for like two minutes, so I figured you were taking a break from your presentation," Jungkook said, completely oblivious to the murderous intent radiating from Jimin's soul. "Since you're answering now, I can just walk you through my notes! It's super fast, I promise."
Jimin slowly slid his headphones down to his neck. His sanctuary was breached. His code was under attack. Synchronous, unprompted communication was happening.
His boring, ordinary life was officially over.

Summary
"I don't know what to do," admitted Jimin. "By the time that party happens tomorrow, everyone there is going to think we're dating."
Jeongguk looked down at him for a long moment, head cocked—and then he shrugged. "Let them, then."
Jimin stared at him. "You're not serious."
"Hyung." Jeongguk stepped closer. "I can be your date if you want."
Jimin swallowed hard. "Fake." He cleared his throat. "Fake date."
Jeongguk cleared his throat too, glancing away. "Right." He pushed his thumb into his lip rings. "Fake."
