    “Maybe I just want a guy that doesn’t treat me like shit all the time.” You spat, more out of anger than any truth, and watched his expression twitch. The threat of real anger was right there under the surface; you always did like to rile him up when he got like this, though you could never rationally explain why. Abusive. Unhealthy. Dangerous. The words always seemed to whisper and echo in your head at times like this, where you poked the pryo into an actual rage. Unfortunately, you couldn't quite bring yourself to stop.
