It takes Cullen an embarrassingly long time to notice something’s wrong. He's lost in a haze of happy contentment, riding high on that wave of giddy astonishment that she’d said ‘yes’. He thinks about their future and can’t help but feel more secure, safe in the knowledge that this is forever and no one on Thedas is ever going to change that.
