"It's only one week. I can be around Oscar for just this week."
Logan and Oscar have been each other's best friends since they started racing. Except now Logan can't stand him anymore but Oscar doesn't know this and neither do the rest of their friends. So it's no surprise that when summer break starts and the group wants to go on their annual trip Logan is stuck. He can't come up with an excuse that they won't see through or needle at till the truth comes out.
And Oscar cannot know this because Logan is the idiot who can't seem to figure out his feelings. Logan is the one who is risking his best friend over his own pride and jealousy. No, he can't lose Oscar like this, these are temporary feelings that will go away he can control himself. So he'll go, after all how much harm can be done in a week?
