Summary
Being free was never something Connor was used to. People used to tell him that his thoughts didn’t matter, and that he should remain on code no matter what the situation was, and should follow all orders given to him. But now, even after the deviants have won their freedom and rights, Connor can’t help but ask himself what it truly means to be free. He has a hard time thinking for himself, and needs the extra support to get him there.
No one could really relate to his problems or what he’s been facing than another deviant. Who better to support him than the man who freed hundreds of his people in the first place?
