“Tim. I do not have a secret son.”
Tim scoffed. “That’s what Bruce thought, too. Besides, it would hardly be a secret son if you knew about him.”

    -

Peter’s mostly adjusted to life in Blüdhaven. Sure, sleep is optional most days, money is tight, and good people seem to avoid him like the plague, but that had been true even back in New York. But when two very suspicious men walk into his part-time job, his routine is, to put it politely, launched directly into the sun.
What follows is a mess of paparazzi, stalkers, a tiny but nonetheless murderous uncle, odd jobs (in every definition of the word), identity shenanigans, and a troubling father-son duo who don’t quite know what to make of each other.

    -

Or: Peter wakes up in a new dimension where he has a family. Too bad he’s leaving soon, right?

    …Right?

    Right???

Peter thinks Batman is a bat meta, specifically, a fruit bat. He insists on bringing fresh fruit for The Batman, and occasionally, trail mix and insects for his Birds.

No one wants to ruin this for Peter.

    Summary

The man’s steps stutter, giving Dick enough time to cower against the wall. “Dick?” He calls out. Fuck. He really shouldn’t be surprised the traffickers know his name but it stings nonetheless, to have nothing left that’s his alone. They’ve already taken so much, couldn’t they have let him keep this one thing? It’s not like they’d used his name at all up until now, much preferring lewd insults. His flinch must be telling enough because the man steps forward, voice lowering enough to lose some of its graveliness. “Oh Dick, I found you. I’m here, I’ve got you.”

It’s cruel, for him to pretend to be nice before using him. It would be kinder to just get it over with, leave him to lick his wounds and find a new escape route. Dick can’t help but curl in on himself in a weak defense when the alpha looms closer. It does nothing to preserve his modesty, his whole body on full display. Instead of grabbing his hair or smacking him for breaking the binds, he drops to his knees. It’s so sudden that Dick can’t stop the whimper that escapes him. There’s nowhere for him to go.

All Dick wants is to get back to his pups.

    Summary

With Jason gone, Batman and Robin are stretched too thin. New villains seem to be arriving — or returning — almost every day. Gotham is left in a constant state of restoration. And the truce between Bruce and his two eldest sons is tenuous at best, and dangerously volatile at worst.

It would be the absolute worst time for his youngest to be abducted.

Or: Dick finds himself at the mercy of the older brother he didn’t know he had.

Saving himself might just mean saving Damian, too.

    Summary

He thrashed, eyes flying open against the gritty burn, arms and legs flailing against the viscous green goo he was suspended in. Green green green. Everything was green, it seeped into his pores, tainting his skin. He tried to claw himself upwards but he didn't know which way was up. Nausea flooded his stomach, bile building in his mouth and mixing with the green. He retched into the water, sucking in more green with each gag. He arched, legs kicking out against nothing as he clawed at his throat. Darkness crept into the corners of his eyes, creeping closer and closer and Peter heaved and gasped into the green.

    Everything went dark.

“No, c’mon Spider-Man, that way is up.”

Peter Parker dies on Titan, staring up at a yellow sky that he wished was blue, and then he was choking back to life in a pool of green. He doesn’t know what’s happening, but his healing factor is being weird and he doesn’t look like he did before.

The man in the Red Hood says he can help, and maybe, just maybe, Peter will let him.
