Summary
This Kingmaker series revolves around Rio’s POV at different highlights that are canon specific. They are written in first person as Rio's stream of consciousness. Personally, Beth had never really been impressed, but that was mostly because half the time she didn’t even think he was real – he wouldn’t be the first legendary agent to be more a mythical imagining than feet on the ground after all.

While still divorcing Dean, Beth is low on income, but with very little time to make up for it. To make ends meet she starts working as a phone sex operator, so she can work nights. Early on she starts talking to Rio, fast falling into sharing sexual fantasies and more than that. Both of them share more and more with the other, both personal and sexually. But is it all real? Or is it just fantasy?

“Kidding!” She exhales loudly and throws a look over her shoulder.
That’s when Rio spots her.
“It’s not for me,” the girl whispers before turning back to him. “It’s for my sister, she’s letting me pick,” she chuckles and it’s impossible not to pick up on the tone of mischief in her voice.
