There’s not a rule book for this. Falling in love with four different dragons, none of whom belong to your own tribe. There’s no easy way to do it either, no path forward that doesn’t have at least a few stumbles, a couple obstacles. But it’s fun. It’s warm. It’s beautiful and spontaneous and magical. So they’ll write the book and pave the road, whatever may come, together.

“If Starflight were here” was an unusual thought for Sunny to be having while hunkering down in her nest for another long night of dissatisfaction. She had already established long ago that she wasn’t interested in Starflight, so why think of her now?
