The only thing that keeps him going is his landlord – who never seemed to be around when his pipes burst or windows broke – but now was hassling him to move out, he was a week out of his lease, he had another place he could technically move to a new bigger place that actually had enough amenities to call an honest to goodness apartment. Yet not a single part of his body or brain had the motivation to do so. He thought about it a lot, but he could never get his arms or legs to move along with the thought. But with his landlord hassling him at least he knew he would manage to move out eventually. He was just waiting for it to actually happen."
