It *should be* Basic Common Sense that if you’re a White Person you just don’t go tramping off into the woods in the middle of the night to find out what that Weird Dull Thumping Sound Was Because It Was Totally Not A Tree Falling.
That’s why you lace up your old combat boots from the goth phase you never really grew out of, don the thickest leather jacket you own over your classic red and black flannel you bought out of spite from a fancy outdoors catalogue, tie your hair back, and load the double barrel shotgun you’re more than familiar with.
That’s what Lena tells herself anyways.
