Summary
After being rejected by Heavy, Medic decides to take matters into his own hands by making a new Heavy. Unfortunately, the experiment does not go as planned. It turns out that Heavy's feelings aren't quite as unrequited as he once thought.

A vacation just for them. Miles away from any distractions. He can’t wait to have Medic all to himself.

Summary
Mikhail shook as he, his mother, and his sisters were led into the prison camp that would be their home for the next few years. Just fourteen years old, he'd seen his father put to death, a death that began their own damnation into the hell that was the gulag. His family was worked all day, every day, given only thin soups and porridge to live from. Every night they were forced into the cramped barracks, forced to huddle together with strangers to keep warm. Every night Mikhail would prey for their deliverance. For ten long years he prayed every night, growing bigger but much much weaker. The guards used him as an example when any of the newcomers tried anything. It all came to an end one day when a strange dying old man came to him while he held his sister. "God isn't listening my son. I know of someone who can be persuaded… for the right price." He croaked, voice not unlike that of a raven. "I have nothing I can give." Mikhail replied desolately. "Oh my… no. That is where you are wrong. You still have one thing the guards cannot take from you." The old man reached out a bony hand to tap at Mikhail's chest, right over his heart.

Summary
It seemed like everyone had finally settled in on the RED team, except for one miserable outlier. An aging German Medic, that seemed to look over his patients with a stifled rage rather than any clinical curiosity. There were plenty of rumors floating around about him. Everyone thought he was an ex German militant that escaped after WWII thanks to his genius in medicine. As much as they hated having the RED medic around, there was no denying that the man was incredibly brilliant. It also meant that anyone who needed post battle healing would sooner bleed out than rap on the infirmary door. Even the bravest and most levelheaded avoided him.

Summary
Mikhail knew what he wanted from a very early age. To get his family out of the Soviet Union. At age fifteen he wasn’t strong enough to get those he cared about out of there, but something he never valued too much gave him a chance, his smarts. He was able to get a complete scholarship to an American private school in a tiny town that had significant personality. It wasn’t until the summer where he meets the most interesting person in this town and only there for the summers.
Herbert Ludwig’s life had been set in stone from the day he was born. And by god he LOVED it— he was ecstatic every summers day when he could follow his father into the base and watch his work. He didn’t care that he was seen as creepy, off putting or even ‘devil spawn’(which was more insulting to his father than him), he had his father, mother and friend Dell. That was enough for him. Then Dell brought around a rather tall and handsome boy.

Summary
When the team is disbanded, Heavy and Medic break up. Heavy goes back home to stay with his family, and Medic continues with his experiments with Team Fortress Classic. After the events of comic 6, the team is back together and things slowly settle back down... except for Heavy and his doctor. It seems like they lost the synergy they once had, until Medic finally decides to confront him about it.

but in a turn of events, Ludwig had gotten separated from his flock. forced to wander around the dangerous, snow ridden mountain all by himself. he fell to the ground, weak and exhausted from all the walking. but that was when he saw a tall, broad figure shadow over his own.
