Summary
The tablet in the catalog wasn’t Armand’s. (He’d been in possession of the latest iPad model, something he was very excited to share when Daniel asked one quiet afternoon in the penthouse.) But it did give Daniel an idea. If Armand wasn’t going to do something kind for himself, Daniel would.
***
Something was wrong with Daniel. He’d been acting strange the past few nights, jumping when Armand entered the room, refusing to sit still, sequestering himself. It was so painfully obvious, it took genuine effort for Armand to ignore it. And he desperately wanted to ignore it. But with each passing evening, the reason for Daniel’s skittish behavior became more evident. He was getting rid of Armand.
OR: Armand starts acting weird when Daniel brings him back to New York after a less-than-ideal reunion. Daniel tries to do something nice. Armand misinterprets and thinks Daniel is going to throw him out.

Summary
Ed had asked him to protect. He wasn't supposed to want. Wasn't supposed to crave. He was supposed to watch and guard and keep safe. Not love. Not desire.
And yet.
Ed leaves, asking Izzy to take care of Stede.
Duty bound, Izzy complies, until it evolves from a sense of duty into something much more terrifying—desire.

Summary
Diverging from episode 1x08, where Jack manipulates Ed into leaving the Revenge.
This time, he uses a different confrontation: manipulation. He knows Ed and Izzy better than anyone else, so when Izzy comes to him without Ed, he knows that something is wrong. His veneer might be fake, but his anger (towards Ed) is very, very real.
Or: Jack thinks Izzy deserves better.

Summary
Izzy Hands, a 90s heartthrob turned casting director with an impressively average back catalogue, never foresaw his career trajectory bringing him back to television. He certainly never would've guessed that his big return would be on Strictly Come Dancing. At least it breaks the monotony, even if he's paired with the insufferable twat, the Gentleman of the Ballroom.
It's the kind of fast-paced environment that Izzy was sure he'd long-since grown out of, and he's sure he's not going to make it past the first few weeks. Still, the more he finds himself enjoying it, the more he hopes he'll stay, and he finds himself more in love with life than he's been in years.
Still, the talk of the curse puts Izzy on edge. Bonnet is strangely captivating and seems more interested in Izzy than Edward has in years. Izzy may not believe in them, but that's the thing about curses: once they take hold...
