Summary
Hermione has her first case with the magical law enforcement division. There's one catch. She has to take the world renown potions master, Narcissa Black, with her.
A muggle town has been experiencing a number of strange incidents that are causing issues for the ministry. Shouldn't be a big deal for the golden girl, but once she and her new partner make it to town, a forcefield surrounds them. No one can enter. No one can leave. Worst yet, all their magic is drained.
Or: Hermione and Narcissa fall in love, and solve what is basically an X-Files case. \o/
