Spiritual continuation of “A Tale of Two People” by Blackbutterfly66
Reika Kisshouin has survived many things: social sabotage, Suiran-level political warfare, her own sweet tooth, and most critically—Kaburagi Masaya’s baffling courtship logic. So when she’s ambushed with an impromptu double date suggestion involving the “Crowned Prince” and his beloved Wakaba-san, she does what any level-headed (and emotionally exhausted) ojou-sama would do:
She runs in the opposite direction—with her arm looped around Misuzaki Arima.
Misuzaki isn’t flashy. He doesn’t stir drama. He doesn’t have a fan club. What he does have is a quiet presence, good tea-ordering instincts, and a growing habit of looking at Reika like she might actually be the most interesting person in the room.
Neither of them are quite sure when things changed. Maybe it was a quiet café visit. Or maybe it was when Reika stopped overthinking and simply held onto his sleeve.
