Summary
As part of an experimental program, prisoners who would be in danger of retribution by being put into the general population are given the option to be genetically modified into hybrids and be homed with those who have the money to afford such luxuries.
After turning on JYP, one of the biggest criminal organizations in the world, to avoid a possible death sentence, but the more they sit with their choice, the more they become aware of just how much danger they've put themselves in.

“What do you say, Minho?” Jisung asks like he already knows the answer and is just eager to watch Minho’s mouth shape around the words. “Are you down for a little western adventure before heading to the big apple?”
Minho looks down at his crumpled map, then out the diner window, onto the road where heat is still rising in lazy waves off the asphalt. He’s already off course, already behind schedule anyway. Still, it’d be stupid. Careless. And probably the most fun he’d be having in forever. A story to tell. He glances back at Jisung, at the curve of his grin and the easy slouch of his shoulders.
He nods once, firmly. “Okay. Kansas,” Minho mutters, folding his map in half. “But I’m picking the music.”
