There has to be a mood, there has to be a tone set, a word, a touch, a nudge from Thomas. Thomas usually has to take the lead, which he’s used to doing, which he doesn’t mind doing. However in the five years they’d been married he’d certainly had fun coming up with new and creative ways to get what what he wants.
"What the fuck are you wearing?"
Or: Alexander tops Thomas for the first time and Thomas isn't prepared for the way either of them act.

Thomas was able to lift him with ease and roll him onto his back, he cracked his eye open as Thomas pulled the blanket back to cover him and his throat went dry, as it often did whenever he looked at his drop dead gorgeous, Aphrodite reincarnated, husband.
Thomas was dressed for bed, in one of those flimsy little nightgowns he loved so much, that really should count as lingerie seeing as how it was all silk and lace and barely covered his thighs. Tonight’s ensemble was yellow.
And suddenly Alexander wasn’t tired anymore.
Or: Alexander comes home tired from work but Thomas has other plans. (ones that backfire on him)
