My gaze snaps away from the yellow creature and towards the sound.
Only to see the blue creature standing up. I notice how it’s about the size of a sippy cup. Like- slightly shorter than those long sippy cups.“Where am I?” It hisses. I blink at it. It’s positioned in such a way that it seems like it is trying to be intimidating. Wide stance and all. “Answer me, you witch!”
I open my mouth and then close it. Then open it again. “Umm… my room?”
It glares at me. Eyes narrowing as its hair rises the same way a cat's hackles would rise if threatened. “Your room?” it scoffed. “Pathetic! I’ve seen sugar mines that have more dignity than this place.”
I gawk at him. “Okay, first of all, rude. Second, I hate the fact you can talk back.”
It grits its teeth. “You say that as if I’m not supposed to!”
“It’s exactly that.”
“What. Does that. Mean?”

Pure Vanilla immediately rushed over, gently holding the bundle and rocking it. “Hello there, my dear…” He whispered softly his voice warm and cracking slightly. “I’m your father… Pure Vanilla Cookie…”
So she was correct… He did have a son.
But what he said next made her freeze.
Because he looked up and smiled brightly at her. “And that over there…” He pointed out. “Is your mother… White Lily Cookie!”
She stiffened and her eyes widened.…
