In the year 956AN, the land of Runeterra is one of mechanization and machinery. Androids walk alongside humans and yordles; cyborgs work in time with vastaya and chireans. And the gleaming pinnacle of this modernized world is the legendary city of progress. There the aristocrats flaunt their wealth and majesty, drawing workers from all across the continent. Each one perfectly cut and groomed to fit in the cogs of the great machine.
But what of the others? Ones too dirty or damaged to contribute anything of value to the great machine?
What of the ones who fell through the cracks?
