    Summary

After the apocalypse that wasn't, Crowley and Aziraphale always knew that sooner or later Heaven, Hell or both of them would come after them.

So when the Archangel Michael comes sniffing around the pair, it's not exactly a surprise. It's just that the timing couldn't be worse, because she catches them at a moment when Aziraphale's frustrated creative impulses appear to have plunged them into their most ridiculous predicament yet.

Resurrections, misconceptions, startled Satanic nuns, eldritch abominations and vacuum cleaner abuse - it's all going on and it's about to get messy, gassy and prone to disastrous decision making. And that's just Crowley.

    Bookmarker's Notes

Absolutely brilliant. Hilarious, pitch perfect, gripping, and full of acres of the downiest ineffable fluff.

    Summary

It's November, 1847. There's famine in Ireland, and Crowley's been ordered there to buy some souls for Satan. Per the Arrangement, and due to Crowley's little misunderstanding with St. Patrick, Aziraphale winds up going instead.

Things do not go according to plan.

This debacle is almost the end of the Arrangement. But it's also almost the beginning of...something else.
    ***
Though this is not the main point of the story, it does kind of help explain a) why Crowley slept through so much of the 19th century (in the novel) and b) why Crowley and Aziraphale are being so prickly with each other in the 1860s during the first Holy Water conversation (in the adaptation).

    Summary

Cara Dune was curious. She knew enough about the history of the Mandalorians, and more than enough about how they fought, but ultimately they were still mysterious and secretive. Day-to-day stuff was something few people outside their clans knew. But now she had a Mandalorian in front of her, and nothing more to do while they traveled across the system except to ask him questions. She’d been peppering him with queries for a while now, and he continued to humor her.

(Cara asks questions and gets answers she didn't expect.)
