Sequel to Suppose You'll Never Know
After meeting a stranger in the bar, having a one night stand, only to find out they're your co-worker, refuse to date them, finally agree to date them, only to find out they're married is something that all happened to Evan Buckley in the span of three months. Now with the revelation that Eddie is married, Buck faces the question of whether what they had was real or all just a game. And where he fits now that his boyfriend's wife and mother of his child is back in the picture.
A mix of canon except here it merges with Grey's Anatomy. There's no Grey's Anatomy characters her it's just all the 9-1-1 characters we know and love, they still have their exact same jobs, the grey's anatomy character storylines are simply mixed in with their own.

Summary
Buck slammed the box of brownies on the counter with a loud thud, the cellophane crinkling under his hand. “Who's Kim?”
Eddie didn’t answer—couldn’t answer. He stood there, blinking once, twice, as if the question itself had knocked him off balance.
“Kim,” Buck repeated, voice rising. “Who the hell is Kim, Eddie? And why is she showing up at the firehouse, bringing you brownies, acting like—like you’re her boyfriend?”
Eddie’s face paled, his mouth opening and closing as if searching for words. “I'm not her boyfriend, Buck. I'm your boyfriend. It’s not—”
“Not what?” Buck interrupted, anger loud and clear. “Not what it looks like? Because it sure as hell looks like you’ve been sneaking around behind my back with a woman who looks exactly like your dead wife!”
OR
Buck and Eddie are dating. Eddie meets Kim, and becomes distant.
When she shows up at the firehouse one night with brownies, Buck doesn't know what to think. -

Summary
Evan “Buck” Buckley and Edmundo “Eddie” Diaz met in 1992 at the age of 19, at the University of Texas. Now as firefighters at the same station, the tension between them is undeniable. Years of unhealed wounds, unspoken words and repressed desires threaten to consume them. But when emotions resurface with the same force as before, Eddie will have to face his greatest fear: being honest with himself and with the world. This time, Buck is not willing to let him go… Can Eddie choose him before it is too late? -

Summary
The kid claps a hand over his mouth. His eyes are huge and sparkling with something that looks like excitement or mischief, probably both.
"Sorry, sorry," he whispers loudly. Then he leans forward, like he's about to share a secret. "You're a hunk, right?"
Buck chokes on nothing. "I. What?"
"A hunk," the kid repeats. "You know, a hunk."
"I..." Buck has no idea what's happening. "Sure? I guess? I mean, I've been told... I work out sometimes—"
"Perfect!" The kid is already digging around in his backpack. He pulls out a slightly crumpled rectangle of cardstock and presents it to Buck with great ceremony. "This is for you."
It's a handmade card written in crayon, blue crayon. The handwriting is careful but wobbly, the letters all different sizes.

Summary
That night, after Christopher was in bed, Eddie grabbed the remote and flipped on the TV. He found himself checking his watch, then flipping through channels until he found the call sign matching the one he had seen on the side of the camera that morning.
And there he was, the reporter from the accident. He was standing by the side of the road, a broken off bumper, shattered glass, punctured tires all littering the scene behind him, but not a single injured person or smashed car. "Our thoughts tonight are with all those affected by this tragedy, and with the brave first responders who help without hesitation," the man was saying. "I'm Evan Buckley, with Skywitness News 8. Back to you, Taylor."
Evan Buckley. Now Eddie had a name to match the face. And confirmation that the face was just as attractive as he remembered.
