Set approximately a year post season 4. Ava, finally having locked down a new TV writing job in LA, returns to Vegas for (whoops!) Deborah and Marty's wedding. However, Deborah wants to start work on a new special, and is insistent on moving Ava back into her guest room (within days of the end of her honeymoon). Things progress from there.
