Summary
The Affini Compact is a galaxy-spanning unstoppable ad-hocracy of the benevolent, imperialist plant sophonts known as the Affini, and the numerous xenosophont species that the Affini have claimed as their own, whether allowed a semblance of independence or wholly owned by individual affini as their florets, or owned pets. The Compact promises love, peace, and abundance for all those under its vines, and will gleefully enforce this promise with drugs, hypnosis, and mind-control implants.
These are the stories of a few select florets aboard the worldship Phaseolus, meandering through the Milky Way Galaxy in search of fun and leisure. On a ship where strife is a thing of the past, there will still always be stories to tell.

Summary
Elle loves her job. Elle hates her job. Elle has a reasonably functional brain implant and 24-hour mental health support to help her reconcile her feelings, but it hasn't been going very well. But today is different. Today, she's going to fix everything. Today, her mind-spider is MALFUNCTIONING, and the reward stims to her pleasure centre just keep on coming! But nevermind that. There are three whole aging orbital Rings that desperately need her help!
Elle's operator Bob also loves his job, the call-centre is relatively sedate and sometimes there's sheet cake, but today is different. Today, he has to find Elle and stop her before she kills everyone in orbit and/or herself. Today, he will have to LEAVE HIS DESK CHAIR.

Summary
Max has a mind-spider. Max's mind-spider is controlled by an idiot algorithm that only communicates in electricity, and it's already almost killed him by accident. Max is supposed to have a thinking, compassionate human being to help him in situations like that, but Max has severe social-anxiety and he's never contacted her.
Mel is an operator - a new operator, still on probation and still training. Mel has a limited caseload, and one guy she thought was an error, until his mind-spider almost killed him, on her watch. Mel knows he has severe social-anxiety, so she's been watching and waiting for him to come to her. Mel is here to control minds and eat microwave popcorn, and she could be better at BOTH.
Lee is Max's friend. Lee has a mind-spider too. For some reason, Max hasn't seen Lee since he had his little accident.
These things are about to change, and these people are not qualified to deal with it. Have fun watching them try.

Summary
(NOTE: This is a sequel to the story "How A Floret Finds Out". Yes, I know the phrase is in the wrong order. I wrote that one before I realized. My bad. XD)
Terra has been subjugated by the Affini Compact, an unstoppable empire of dominant plant aliens who want humanity to be happy, fulfilled, and peaceful, even if it takes some silly little additions to their life like drugs, hypnosis, or mind-control implants. They also enjoy making pets out of species that are not Affini.
Briony Oxalis has been a floret for almost half a year, pet to an absent-but-ever-present affini who has transformed eir body to please both it and its floret. Briony is more moth-enby than man now: small, cute, fuzzy, and free to enjoy life without fear, doubt, or pain. The trouble is, Briony is having trouble enjoying life without one... particular part of life. And Briony intends to get that part back.
A lighthearted erotic comedy about exploring boundaries, trying new things, and the satisfaction of discovery. Or maybe that's the other way around.

Summary
Set in the Human Domestication Guide collaborative setting.
Humanity has been invaded by a precursor race of hypercompetent plant dommes called the Affini, and forcibly given paradise in a post-scarcity culture that heavily prioritizes the care for its protectorates, to the point of drugging and mind-controlling them into a blissful reverie if necessary. For almost everyone this is a vast improvement. All that’s required is to give up any silly notions that anyone except for the Affini know what’s best for everyone; in many cases the poor things clearly don’t.
Arc 5 of The Place Where We Can Stop Running. Without reading that and is sequels, Learning to Walk (or its accessible version) and To Follow in Their Footsteps, many references and ideas in this story will not be clear. Please read from the beginning of this series.
In the Compact, you can choose to do anything.

Max has a mind-spider. Max's mind-spider has a malfunction. Max has a malfunction! Max definitely doesn't need any help to deal with his malfunction, he can fix it himself. Although, he is having a little trouble locating his phone... Or, a little trouble remembering what a "phone" is. But he DOES remember what an "optional beta update" is and he DEFINITELY doesn't want... Oops, too late. Watch Max have a fight with a pleasure-and-pain-inducing mind-control device that was built by the lowest bidder. It only wants to keep him happy and productive... and it has a learning algorithm trying desperately to figure out how to do that.
