“Oh yeah? You don’t wanna go talk to dad?” Zanka hissed in mock, like one would to a younger sibling, but Enjin was caught completely off guard.
He scrunched his nose, a small confused sniffle, and repeated the word to make sure. “Dad?”

Enjin was not, had never been, and would likely never be a dad - regardless of the fact that he legally had kids. Except .. it just so happened that when one of those kids lost himself to a headspace smaller than usual, Enjin sort of did become a dad. That was okay, he could be a dad sometimes. Probably. -

“I guess.” He shrugged, fiddling with his fingers as he mulled the thought over, “I guess it got me worked up a bit, and it felt good.”
After a few seconds of silence, his constantly talking best friend having gone quiet, Zanka turned to look at him. He still laid with interested eyes, waiting for Zanka to continue. When he did not, he waved his hand in gesture to continue, “But?”
“But,” Zanka sighed, annoyance slowly pooling in his overworked brain, “I couldn’t come.”
“You—“ Jabber cracked a small, almost confused smile, but his entertainment was much obvious, “couldn’t?”

- Zanka finds himself with his interest piqued for the first time ever, and uses what he has at hand ( literally ), only, he's apparently incapable of getting himself to come. Jabber, the bestest friend in the world, takes that as a challenge. -

“Okay.” Jabber nodded, trying to unravel his own panic calmly to not startle Zanka who was.. in some state, he didn’t know. How coherent was he? Was he in a childlike space? Or maybe he was in that floaty state, or- or maybe he was panicking but couldn’t show it because of his incapacity to move.
“M’gonna wash you up, ‘kay Z? You’re covered in puke, ‘s a fuckin’ mess, really.” Then, because he should probably make sure, “Anything hurts?”
Zanka weakly whimpered, something that sounded so effortless with how empty and barely-there it was, yet he looked as if it took all the energy he had left.
“Yeah, I bet.”

At the loss of his year-long comfort food, Zanka completely spirals and finds himself unable to eat. Jabber, ever the patient (not) boyfriend, does his best to help, even if he's fucking clueless in that depeartment. -

“J?” Zanka knocked on the apartment door, slightly frantic as his mind had managed to wind him into the worst possible outcomes while he had driven.
The only comfort up until now had been that Zanka, being who he was, always thought of the worst scenarios, that wasn’t new — so he could just barely use the ‘you’re just overthinking again’ excuse, even as it rotted to dirt.
No reply came, so with an even harder knock, he called out again. “Jabber!”

After a fight, Jabber finds himself resorting to his only comfort apart from his boyfriend, they're both fucking idiots, however, which concludes in Jabber having likely the worst trip of his life as of yet, and Zanka's clueless self coming to pick up the pieces. -

Summary
Zanka clicked his tongue in displeasure as the joint was handed back to him.
“I cry once and now I’m on suicide risk?”
“You were always on suicide risk.” Jabber shrugged, lazily letting his head turn towards his boyfriend, whose eyes remained on the ceiling. “Why d’you wanna kill yourself, Z?”
There was a beat of silence between them, and slowly it stretched over time, until the only sound in the room was the exhale of smoke from Zanka’s lips.
“I don’t wanna kill myself.” He answered firmly, as if he had spent the silence attempting to make himself believe in it, and eventually managed.
- OR! : Zanka has fallen into one of his more rare, more intense depressive episodes. Does dating the impatient and rude man that Jabber Wonger is help, or make it worse? Zanka couldn't really tell you. ( But oh, it helps so much. )

Aphrodisiac quirks. Multiple aphrodisiac quirks. A cloning quirk. A shape shifting quirk. Extreme sensitivity quirk. Body alterations, sensory deprivation, loss of inhibitions, temporary animal transformation. Hizashi flipped to the back with eyes bugging out of his skull at the offer of more extreme entrées.
The glass was at his lips before he thought to lift it, smooth whiskey burning its way down and spreading out into a pleasant heat that only added to what was already there.
"Happy birthday, Hizashi."
