    “What’s your best-case scenario for this conversation, Namjoon?” Jungkook asked plainly.

    “Well,” Namjoon thought, “Best-case…you agree that being a virgin is stupid and then we do something about it.”

    “And if I don’t agree that being a virgin is stupid?” Jungkook inquired.

    “Then you keep being a stupid virgin,” Namjoon mumbled.

    “Good chat,” Jungkook told him.

    "It was all darkness now; the city lights didn’t quite reach his eyes.  The one radiant glimmer in this world was her beneath the starlight, so small she fit along the length of his forearms, that were crying under the reflection on the rain that pitter pattered along that floor length window pane.

    He cried too, the tears constricting his throat as he sung to her a fractured lullaby.

    He was all she had now. And he was as broke as the ditty he sobbed at her sleeping face. A shadow in all black, the last rocks he could cling to gone. He was drowning without him.
