Summary
Before pro heros grew to be embraced by society and government, vigilantism and human rights wars took center stage. Bakugou Katsuki, age twenty-one, runs around under the name Ground Zero with a handful of friends, fighting against quirk users that use their power for personal gain. Problem is, the police and the public hate vigilante quirk users just as much as they hate actual villains.
The war against all quirk users rages on, pushing the brave souls that stand up and fight to hide their identities, a minority within a minority. The tide-turners that eat fear for breakfast, and Midoriya couldn't be more starstruck. Inspired and aspiring to become a police officer himself, he pushes himself through school by working at a cafe with his friends.
Unbeknownst to him, his favorite vigilante is also his favorite customer.
