Could they have had a fight? They haven’t fought badly enough to injure each other since that time in middle school, and that fight seems to have been the catalyst for their nigh inseparability, so Choso doubts that’s the case as well.
Choso skips the elevator, and leverages his above average height to take the stairs up to their third floor apartment two at a time.
He passes a half-asleep college student on the way who stares at him like he’s a crazy person.
Choso might be. He’s never examined his own levels of codependency with his youngest brothers too deeply. The excuse he uses most readily to Eso and Kechizu is that the twins weren’t raised with them, and didn't come under Choso’s wings until all their remaining family had passed. Of course he dotes on them, he wants them to always feel welcome.
If he’s dreamed of them, both, in ways other than how one should dream of their younger siblings, those are just intrusive thoughts brought on by stress.

Summary
To Sukuna’s surprise, Yuuji’s hand shot out and wrapped around his own, tugging it closer to his face. It was rude and uncouth but Sukuna humored Yuuji just as he had by answering the question in the first place.
While Yuuji cradled his hand with one of his own, the other came up to prod at the blood that had welled on Sukuna’s thumb. He could feel his vessel pinching and tugging at the small hurt to encourage more blood to well. When it reached the blood's surface tension broke, Sukuna felt a warm trickle of blood start down his finger. Yuuji scooped it before it could trail down his wrist though, rubbing it between two fingers. He brought it close to his face and then touched his tongue to it.
“It’s blood,” Yuuji said, surprised. His eyebrows lifted toward his hair line and he looked at Sukuna. His tongue peeked out to wet his lips.
“What the fuck did you think it was, cherry syrup?” Sukuna snapped. “Idiot boy.”
“I didn’t think it’d be the same as mine!” Yuuji said. He was a little too loud, indignation colouring his voice.
“I’m not a fucking horseshoe crab.”

Itadori looks at him with vicious eyes, peeling his uniform jacket open as he scrapes pointed teeth down Sukuna’s chest, sliding between his legs. “Like a hot headed kid, you found a new toy and just had to have it,” his fingers undo Sukuna’s pants, and yanks them out of the way.
“Did you ever wonder why they called me the King? Why no one remembers me?”
