Summary
In Unstable City, there's a lot of things that exist. Hybrids of all kinds, from dogs, to demons, to blazes. It's not unique, that's for sure, as the cities surrounding it, like Lifesteal City or Strength City, have their own quirks, and their own different hybrids of creatures and humans.
One thing Unstable City has that other cities do not, however, is an angel. Angels were hunted and killed down until near extinction for their abilities, which were said that one could receive if they ate an angel's heart.
It had been centuries since anyone's seen an angel, so that myth was yet to be proven.
Eggchan is an angel.
He works at a coffee shop. He does all the shifts, every last one, since the other employees all either ran off to be heroes, or died in the crossfire of the battles. Doesn't matter to Egg though. As long as he gets paid.
Staying safe isn't too hard.
Until heroes, vigilantes and villains alike decide that the coffee shop Egg works at is a great place to get coffee.

Wemmbu being alone is a choice. It’s easier to place the blame on himself if something goes wrong and he doesn’t need to drag around anyone who can’t make themselves useful.
Attachments are burdens, vulnerability is a weakness, and trust is too fragile to extend it so casually.

Tommy sighs, staring up at alien ceilings, breathing in alien air, probably and unfortunately digesting alien blood. He guesses he’s never breaking that two year Foster house streak. She probably thinks he ran away. He thinks what pisses him off the most. These aliens made him look like he couldn’t handle a measly fucking argument about curfew and ran away. He’s so pissed he could die.
Tommy stares at the unfamiliar planet, millions of miles away behind a glass pane, and still closer to him than home is.
Die.
Huh. With a quick heartbeat, and an impending sense of doom, he thinks: He just might.
Or, Aliens are assholes, and turns out, some of them are even human traffickers. Tommy learns soon enough that he values freedom more than trying to figure out what the fuck had to go wrong in his life to lead to him getting lost in outer-space.
Even more, Tommy learns right thereafter, that he loves Earth a little more than he originally thought.

(in his own words, atleast) One day, he gets pulled into the rotation of a quite familiar simulation, one that leaves a bad taste on his tongue. What seems to be an innocent high school novel game in his world, seems to be reality for this one.
Tommy has to avoid being noticed in order to not damage this world and himself while he’s at it, yet somehow the script keeps bending no matter what he does, and gaining the interest of this game might have been the worst mistake he’s ever made.

There's two new skeletons in the house.
Unfortunately not much of a surprise there, the machine kept malfunctioning and kept bringing in alternate versions of Sans and Papyruses into their universe. They were up to SIXTEEN SKELETONS, now eighteen with the two's newest arrival.
Except... there was something off about the new skeletons. 'Visor' and 'Chine'.
Sweet mercy above, these two brothers seemed to hate each other. They kept swearing at each other, calling each other names- Chine actually almost stabbed Visor! On purpose! What a toxic relationship! Even more so than Black and Mutt!
Or is it? Underneath their hateful facade, they do care for each other. In another very weird but unhealthy way... That's it, everyone was going to try and help these two, as well find out more about what happened to them in the past, why they were what they were and maybe find a little love along the way.
You and your brother never asked to become the alternate universe Sans and Papyrus you both created. But by fuck was it difficult to keep things together like this, now the AU Sans and Papyruses were trying to get close. Stars above have mercy on their SOULs.

Tommy picks up alien friends left and right to slowly work his way around space to survive. His hell through space does not prevent the affection that his heart still retains and he slowly begins to heal the scars that have been formed from being treated like an experiment, an animal.

This was literally the worst possible outcome that could’ve come from his and his foster mothers’ argument. Like, he expected maybe a scolding when he got back, or at worst the police called on him for running away, but no. Honest to god aliens.Or,
Humans are a young race, and Tommy, a particularly volatile human, is plucked from his home and forced to survive in a foreign land. It certainly doesn't help with the fact that the whole of galactic society is under the impression humans lack the ability for complex thought.
