SPOILERS FOR ALL THREE MAIN WINGS OF FIRE SERIES!Firefly is a six year old SeaWing - RainWing hybrid with strange glowing scales and a love for rainy weather who lives a carefree life in the RainWing village with her foster father Gorilla and younger foster brother Sloth. Almost a decade after the war's end, NightWings and RainWings are still separate but the animosity between them is fading, and dragonets like Firefly who were born and raised in this uncertain transition period are becoming curious about their starry-winged neighbours.
Then she meets Stargazer, a lonely seven year old NightWing-Rainwing hybrid with beautiful rainbow wings living with his mother in the Nightwing village. As the two grow closer, unforseen consequences of the blending of the rainforest tribes threaten to destroy the peace, and Firefly's little brother sloth reveals a shocking secret...Cover image is not mine. Sorry about the cheesy title, I couldn’t think of a better one but I’m open to suggestions.
Anyway, this is my take on how Blitz and Hearth got together. It’s set in the middle of Hammer Of Thor, when Blitzen and Hearthstone spend the night in Nidavellir after leaving Alfheim.
