Giyuu is tired, everyone knew that they all thought he thought he was better than them, and his tired additude was a way of showing that. the truth was that he was tired of everything, but mostly of how he was treated by the other hashira's. he went on a walk at night, he decided he would end it all, but it was put to a stop when the demon king Muzan himself arrived and helped Giyuu let out all his normally silent rage towards the other hashira's.

Kai’s lips parted. Zane was alive?! They had a chance! It could be okay! The two of them just had to make it through the tournament without losing or hurting each other. From there, they’d finally, finally be free.

She smiled, bumping her shoulder into his. “Glad to know you remember the plan, fire boy.”
“How could I forget?”
After this, no one would be able to stop them. After this, they’d be free.
