Alex was a side character in my Renga fanfiction 'The Boy of my Dreams' and I decided to bring his own story to life.
He was 11 years old when his friend Richard found him and picked him up. Promising him that he can do whatever he wanted. Little did Alex know that Richard would be his downfall. Living his life with Crime, Alcohol and drugs.
Langa is the only person who gives him a sense of consitency outside of this.The fic is tagged as Langa/OC bc their relationship is still part of the story despite it this being more a story about Alex life outside of Langa.

"I don't feel like going out…" I lied down onto my bed and looked at the ceiling. Langa sat there for a few moments before getting up. I looked at him, assuming he was just gonna leave.
It's okay Langa, leave. Leave like they all do once they notice how useless I am.
I turned to face the wall, expecting footsteps out the room. But I didn't hear anything.
Suddenly I noticed how I was picked up. I tried to protest but Langa wouldn't let me. "We are going to Sia La Luce!"
"I don't wanna see Joe, or Cherry…or anyone else there." I continued to complain but he just ignored me.
"I am taking Reki out with me Mrs.Masae. We are back later," he called out. My mother just watched us leave. Way too confused about what happened to question it.
