  Summary

  Niki Lauda dived into his thoughts as he sat in Enzo Ferrari’s waiting room not long after the end of the 1975 Formula 1 season. Was he a world champion? Yes. Was he satisfied? For now. But did he still have to listen to the orders of an old man who sought to control his life? Unfortunately, yes—because of two things. First, he wasn’t about to stop at just one season title. And second, he was an omega.
