This story explores grief, legacy, family, and healing where Korra is not only the Avatar, but the catalyst in repairing Aang's broken family. And as she learns more about his life, she begins to ask the questions that everyone has and no one wants to answer.

Summary
When Korra returns to the south pole to continue her recovery, Asami can’t let her go alone. Korra means too much to her, and after everything she suffered through at the hands of the Red Lotus, the least Asami can do is be there for her.
As grateful as Korra is, she knows Asami can’t help her. Asami has no idea how bad things are. No one does.
That’s a good thing, though. If no one else knows, and Korra doesn’t think about it, then maybe it’ll be like it never happened at all.
A story about learning to love yourself, even after bad things happen.
