You see, I’ve known Herobrine for a while now.
No, not the real Herobrine. Of course not. But I have known about him, the watcher in the fog, the glitch, the ghost in the machine, and it fascinated me. I read the stories, seen the videos and installed the mods, just to find what lay beneath.
But of course, I turned out with nothing. In the end, creepypasta are nothing more than a modern kind of folklore, plausible scenarios mixed with elements of the unknown and supernatural to invoke a certain sense of unease in the reader. They sound believable to those who want to believe, but ultimately, they are all fictional.Or so I thought...

...Erelieva is being stalked.
She doesn't really realize it at first. Being blind, it's near impossible for her to pick up on a lot of things. But after a few weeks, it's impossible to ignore.
The tapping at the window. The chittering in the treeline. The scrape of a blade unsheathing. The gaze digging into her back.She's identified four specific entities over the weeks. Some of them are more inconspicuous. Others almost want to be seen.
She's kind, quiet, accommodating. Willing to put up with them, if they stay out of her way. In fact, she appreciates the company.But at some point, she'll have to draw a line.
Fic is based on my experience playing the Blindness mod by Krash220. It's really REALLY impressive, and I DEFINITELY recommend checking it out.
One of the times I was putting together a new modpack with it, I was like "what if I added some stalker mods..."
Needless to say, it was a chaotic experience, and this fic idea was born from it.
Most of this will be recreations of experiences I had while playing with the modpack.Aiming to update this every two weeks! Keep an eye out for the next chapter every other Thursday/Friday :)
