You looked around wildly, and you weren’t the only one. The big villain was in the process of readying his fists when the second collision hit.
It happened so fast. One second, you were gawking, slipping on loose asphalt as you tried to get to your feet. The next, there was a blinding flash of green and you were watching the largest man you’d ever see in your life collide with a brick wall hard enough to crack it.
You skidded again, falling back down with widened eyes.
There was no fucking way…
Black Flames did what you couldn’t; he wrenched you to your feet. You felt his hand, hot against your throat, in an instant.
“Don’t come any closer,” the villain warned, man-handling you. “You don’t wanna see what I can do to her throat, Deku.”

First fic so it’s probably cringe ngl, don’t know how to summary so let’s just say the vestiges come back to life as teens and fight with Izuku in the dark deku arc. bad pacing, and things can be sudden. Idk if it makes sense but enjoy.
