Summary
Reincarnation is a complicated matter, as the secrets of its workings are a mistery yet to unravel. The slayers who freed the world from the demon threat receive a second chance at life; to live peacefully, comfortably, without recollection of the pain that they once endured and the sacrifices that they once made.
However, the reencounter of former acquaintances sets fate in motion and the boundary between two lifetimes starts to fade. Summary
Shinobu’s life is falling apart. Summary
Lifeblood is a highly addictive and poorly understood illegal substance that has circulated throughout Japan since the late 1950s. The drug acts as a stimulant paralleled by no other man-made substance, increasing aggression, euphoria, and physical ability to a state unsustainable by the unmodified human body.
Due to the secrecy surrounding its creation and distribution, little is known about lifeblood's makeup, except that it is largely comprised of highly processed human tissue.
The sole trafficker of lifeblood, and the "ingredients" used to manufacture it, are the Kizuki, an organization defined by its secrecy, and its complete disregard for human life.
The natural enemy of the Kizuki is the Bureau of Public Welfare, tasked with eradicating lifeblood, hoping to strike all evidence of its existence from the record of human history.
However, there are those that remain outside the Bureau's purview, unable or unwilling to join the agency and be subject to its hierarchy. They are vigilantes, seeking to bring down the Kizuki via their own methods. Shinobu Kochou is one of them, and she will stop at nothing to see her quest through to the end, regardless of how much she stands to lose.

Summary
The survivors of the battle against Muzan are faced with a new reality: Giyuu must learn that the greatest rewards in life come from reaching out and connecting with others. Sanemi goes into the world to find that, maybe, what he needs is closer to home than he thinks.
