Summary
I realised that if I want to see Harveste Addams' story finished, then I have to do it myself. Many things are the same/similar, one or two things almost ripped word for word, but a LOT is different (especiallyGoblet of Fire and beyond). I highly recommend at least tasting Kyaru's Harveste Addams before coming back here.
Harry didn't understand why Strange Things kept happening. They happened and happened and happened. It made the Dursleys very angry. He tried to push it down, shut it out, tried to explain that it wasn't his fault. No one ever believed him. Afraid, alone, and angry, nine-year-old Harry did the only thing he can. Summary

It changes everything about who he identifies with, who he wants to grow up to be, and who he thinks he is. Instead of having James Potter as his idol, Lily turns out to be a much better influence.
So instead of seeing a scruffy, most-likely-muggleborn boy standing beside him in Madam Malkin's before their first year, Draco only has eyes for the scarlet-haired, green-eyed creature who just walked into his life.
