Phil has gone through many things in his life time but being sent in the middle of nowhere to look after a group home shouldn't be on that list but somehow it is.
Or Phil gets sent to a group home to take care of a bunch of troubled kids but his truck gets stuck on the way there and things get creepy for him real quick. (I don't not support irl Wilbur or George this is just there character)
