Summary
Prince Castiel has been a prisoner of warlord Dean Winchester for quite some time. Dean orchestrated an escape and Castiel is broken. Seeing the devastated look on his brother's face, Dean finally gets slammed in the face with his own arrogance.
Inspired by Under The Falling Skies by Dean-Bangs-Cas-In-The-Impala. Starts around chapter 28 of that story. When Dean finally succeeds in breaking Castiel completely. But almost loses everything (i.e. Sam) because of it.

Summary
The three Winchesters are on equal footing a lot sooner. No Destiel but intense brotherhood between all three of them. Gadreel lives. Amelia does not doubt that Castiel is real and the Novaks are not screwed over by Castiel's possession of Jimmy. Those are the main differences I can think of. I mentioned Gadreel lives right?

Summary
Dean Winchester didn't ask for this. Sure, he tries to use his alpha privilege (and hefty bank account balance) to do some good in the world. He works with Bobby, Ellen, and Jody at The Roadhouse, a centre for rescued omegas, but even there, he stays behind the scenes. He pays the bills and helps maintain the property, but other than that, he tries to keep his fingers out of any pies that aren't intended for his cakehole.
That is, until one day when Charlie informs him of one of the worst abuse cases they've ever seen, and tells him that they need to act now if they want to save the guy's life.
Dean's got no problem approving the intake, but then Charlie drops the other shoe like it's hot: The Roadhouse is at capacity and there's simply nowhere for the poor omega to go, but word on the street is that Dean's got a empty guest room, and wasn't he just saying that the house was too quiet since Sam moved out, anyway?
This is a story of hurt and healing, secret identities, righting old wrongs, and finding light on even the darkest of days.

Summary
Dean is an Alpha who swore he would never own another human being. When his brother, an Omega rights lawyer, convinces him to write an article about the local Omega auctionhouse he ends up buying an older Omega who otherwise would have been put down.
Both Dean and the Omega need to get used to their new lifes together, something that seems to be coming more natural that either of them would have thought. Through it all, they tightly hold on to each other, ready for whatever comes their way.
