Summary
When the reader bumps into the new DADA proffesor on the bridge in Hogwarts she begins to build a friendship with him all thanks to their shared feeling of not belonging and love for muggle cigarettes. Their friendship blooms while they both fight internal battles deciding what is wrong and what is right leading to a lot of fluff, angst, flirting and a rollercoaster of emotions.

Summary
Kiryu’s perpetual sobriety, his endless focus—it gets to be too much. Any opportunity to suspend himself from reality is welcome, when even his dreams are dusted with flashbacks.
If that unreality comes in the form of sex, so be it. It’s not the only option, but it’s a pleasant one—he’s a man with needs under all that stoicism. Kiryu can be playful, too. Hunching over mini-circuits, watching his electric toy car zoom around, playing a bug-girl wrestling game at arcades. He can clink colorful cocktails with hostesses and he can laugh along with his friends at Majima Construction.
And he can let those men tie him up, too.

“Would you like to join us for karaoke tonight, Akiyama-san?”
It was a simple enough request, one that Akiyama was all too eager to accept. He’d been coveting an invitation from Kiryu to join him for karaoke for a while, never feeling bold enough to assume that his presence had been wanted enough to simply invite himself.

“You do this often?” Akiyama asked, scandalized that the tight-laced Dragon of Dojima might have a hidden dark and exhibitionist side to him. Akiyama wasn’t in the mood to get arrested for public indecency; even if it meant that he was with Kiryu for the night. He couldn’t imagine explaining it to Date, either.

A night of karaoke ends with Akiyama and Kiryu discovering what, exactly, that panty-dropping voice of Akiyama's can do.
