Of all the demons who could have possibly inherited his contract. Why did it have to be Vox? The pompous, obnoxious, desperate television demon who had been oh so obsessed with him for ages. “You’re so dramatic,” You joke, even as your muscles clench in a terrible way. You wince. “My period started today, it sucks, I just need pain killers so I don’t bite somebody’s head off."
Hector’s eyes widened in interest.
