“Can you at least trust me enough to get the kid safe and settled?”
Megumi returns his sigh before taking off his own radio and upping the volume. “Just say my name and I’m there.” He relents, checking to make sure they were both on the same channel.
“But if I don't hear from you when class ends I’m coming to get you.”
“Relax man. There’s no need to be so paranoid. Honestly, what could a baby alpha do to a beta?”
