This takes place during S2x08 let's pretend that Colin has already said the comment to Fife and his friends, and that the dance with Cressida takes place AFTER that!! Everything else is in the 'regular order' Pen still doesn't know Eloise knows about Whistledown, Colin hasn't taken Cousin Jack down etc!

Colin is one hundred percent here for Penelope’s wish fulfilment, even if it means sharing her with his brother.You do not need to necessarily read Ptbhs to get this, honestly it’s just a bit of filth I imagined while writing them all in the carriage and readers then encouraged I explore as a one shot, so here we are.
