He liked it—a lot of names just showed that he was well-known in this stupid world and raised his ego more.
But in short, his name was Sun Wukong.
Or dumbass monkey, if the speaker had earned the right.
His nimbus cloud zipped beneath him with a gentle hum, cruising over the edges of Earth—The place where his master, Tang Sanzang, originated from. It was a speck in the grand theatre of the universe.
He didn’t know why he angled his cloud lower.
Didn’t know why he stopped.
Until he saw him.
The boy sat curled between two dumpsters, knees drawn tightly to his chest. His elbows jutted out at odd angles as he tried to make himself smaller, more invisible than he already was. A ragged, too-thin shirt clung to his frame, threadbare enough to show his ribs.

Summary
Things… change.
Ghost supposes that many would probably say that they get better. They do get better, don’t they? Yes, they do. Things change, and they are better. The Infection is gone, and Hollow is safe, and Hornet is happy, and so Ghost is fine. Perhaps they are selfish, and they mourn a dying world that they can never return to, and they are more alone than ever before, but they’ll get over it.
…And it’s not as if anyone will notice if they don’t.
Ghost goes back in time, kills the Radiance, and sets everything right. They tell no one, and do it on their own. It is only after their family is happy, and the kingdom is safe, and the Abyss is soothed to sleep, that they realize just how lonely it is as the last remaining piece of a future never to be.

In which Kya, Hakoda, and Bato found the Last Airbender years ago. And Aang never had a reason to reveal he was the Avatar until he lost his best friend.
In which an angry thirteen year old prince desperately needs a guardian and Aang desperately needs to be needed.

Summary

Rescued, but imprisoned, Zuko finds himself no further from death on a water tribe ship. Sokka, the chief, would see him bleeding out on the boards of the deck as justice. He's a fire bender, the evil of the war that his father rages through their world. Zuko hasn't been a part of that war. Not for years. Now he's thrust back into it against his will, finding himself fighting on a side he never expected to be a part of. Maybe he'll find a cause worth fighting for; someone worth fighting for.
