That someone else pinned on him.

Summary
Time passes, people age, people grow. And plenty of time had passed—more than enough for for one to leave their childhood behind. This—naturally—happens even when you aren't looking. And this, Austria understood, quite logically.
On an emotional level, though, Austria doesn't know when Holy Rome grew up.
