All the stuff that doesn't quite make it to the series proper, either because it's an alternate version, a 'director's cut', or it doesn't quite fit with where the story ended up going...

Summary
I have been desperate for a new Miss Fisher case for almost three years now. Well, that's what has become of my 'desperation' - a whole new murder case. This fanfic is meant with respect for the show and characters.
My story is set shortly after the episode 'Game, Set & Murder'. However, strictly speaking, there's an overlap with the last episode of series 3, which actually takes place from 3 September to 6 September (according to the 'Science Prize Award Night' Flyer in 'Death do us part'). Please forgive this inconsistency 😉
I hope you'll enjoy the latest adventure of our beloved Miss Phryne Fisher, 'lady detective' and her fellow sleuths!

Summary
A sequel to But Not Out of Mind in which Jack and Phryne’s relationship developed and Phryne agreed to a holiday with Jack where he was to visit his older sister Cath in Sydney.
But will this be the kiss of death to their blossoming relationship, will murder and intrigue find them?
Whilst the story is set at Easter time 1929, suspend your disbelief and consider the context post Series 2. (No-one wants to imagine life in 1930)
