The setting is Earth 24 in the multiverse, (not the Earth 38 of the Supergirl TV series) or Earth 39 of my other series "The Secret Life of Superheroes: A Tale of Kara Zor-El Danvers and Alex Danvers" - though the characters from that fic will cross over. Earth 24 ('Earth Pax') is a world where war is just a memory - like its heroes, and dark secrets lie hidden beneath its peaceful veneer.
